Austin, C.E. White purchase outstanding stock
Cleveland-based Austin Capital Partners and C.E. White Co. announced that they have acquired all the outstanding stock of C.E. The C. E. White Co. is a 71-year-old school bus and transportation seating manufacturer located in New Washington, Ohio.
