Alstom receives $32M NYCT order

Alstom Signaling Inc., a business unit of Alstom Transport, received an order of approximately US $32 million from LK Comstock for the Signal System Modernization Project at MTA New York City Transit's (NYCT) East 180th Street Yard White Plains Road Line.

Awarded in November 2007, the four-year project calls for the design, manufacture and in-service support of new train control equipment for three major locations in NYCT's system.
